Funds Withdrawal
For faster and more secure processing, all withdrawal requests must be submitted from within your Secure Client Area.

Important Notes:
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted before 12:00 CET. Requests received before this time will be processed on the same business day. Withdrawals submitted after 12:00 CET will be processed on the following business day.
- DAK Markets does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that external banking institutions or payment providers may apply third-party fees beyond our control. DAK Markets is not liable for these additional charges.
- Funds in your trading account are intended strictly for trading purposes. A processing fee may be applied to withdrawal requests if the deposited funds have not been used for trading activity.
- International bank wire transfers may take up to 14 business days to complete and may be subject to intermediary or beneficiary bank fees outside of DAK Markets' control.
- Credit/Debit Card withdrawals are processed free of charge. Once approved, funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days. However, in rare cases, processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- If you wish to withdraw more than the amount deposited via Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Credit/Debit Card, you will need to use a previously used deposit method or request a bank wire transfer.
- Crypto withdrawals must be made to the same wallet address used for the initial deposit. Withdrawals to a different crypto wallet are only permitted once the total withdrawn amount exceeds the original deposit. These transactions are processed free of charge and are typically instant once approved.
- If your uploaded credit or debit card has expired, please upload the new card in your client area to continue using deposit and withdrawal services without interruption. If the new card number differs from the expired one, a letter from the issuing bank confirming it was issued as a replacement must also be submitted.
- If your uploaded credit or debit card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or cancelled, you must provide a letter from the issuing bank confirming the old card is no longer valid.
- If the newly uploaded card has not been used to make a deposit before requesting a withdrawal, you must first deposit a small amount to activate the withdrawal option for that card.
- DAK Markets, at its sole discretion, may request supporting documents (e.g., deposit confirmations made via the original card or a bank statement showing the relevant transactions) prior to approving withdrawals to a new card.
- To withdraw an amount exceeding the sum deposited via Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Credit / Debit Card, you will be required to use another previously used deposit method — such as a bank wire transfer or a verified crypto wallet.
- All transactions are subject to standard verification and processing procedures. Depending on the payment method and banking partner, withdrawals may take 1–5 business days to be fully settled. Additional delays may occur in rare cases due to third-party processing times.
- Withdrawals are typically processed back to the original funding method whenever possible. If not supported, alternative withdrawal options such as bank transfer or crypto may be used. Processing times vary depending on the method and can take 1–5 business days.
- Withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer depending on the original deposit method. Processing times typically range from 1–5 business days. Additional intermediary or beneficiary bank fees may apply.
- DAK Markets does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests must be made to accounts in the trader’s own name. Joint accounts are permitted only if the trader is one of the named account holders.
- Wherever possible, funds will be withdrawn using the same method used for deposit. If the original method is not supported for withdrawals, alternative options such as crypto or bank transfer will be offered.
- For first Wire transfer withdrawals we require that you provide us with a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
- Local or country-specific payment systems may be supported from time to time, depending on regional availability. Processing times and requirements will vary by method and country.
- In some cases, for security purposes and to comply with international AML policies, we may request additional documentation when processing bank withdrawals. This may include a bank statement or a scan of your bank book clearly showing your name and account details. Processing time is typically 1 business day after approval.
- Withdrawals can only be made to accounts in the same name as your DAK Markets trading account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party recipients. Joint accounts are acceptable only if your name is listed as one of the official account holders.
