Payment process
For faster and more secure processing, we recommend depositing funds directly from within your Secure Client Area.
You can fund your account in real-time using any of the available instant funding methods. In rare cases, processing may take up to one hour depending on the method and provider. These delays are beyond DAK Markets’ control, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting delays or trading impact. Availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your country or region. Please log in to your Secure Client Area to view the funding options available to you.
If you do not yet have access to your Secure Client Area, please signup/login here.
Security of Funds
Client funds are held in Segregated Accounts with Top-Tier International Banks. All electronic transactions are protected using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) and processed securely to ensure confidentiality. All cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. USDT, BTC, ETH) are processed through our secure payment infrastructure and monitored 24/7 by our finance team. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the funds are credited to your trading account. Your payment details are used strictly for funding your DAK Markets trading account and are never shared or stored insecurely.
Transfer Fees
DAK Markets does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals.
However, please note that some intermediary banks, international institutions, or payment platforms (such as e-wallet providers or crypto gateways) may apply third-party fees. These charges are beyond our control, and DAK Markets assumes no responsibility for such external costs.
Third-Party Payments & Withdrawal Policy
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, DAK Markets does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a bank account, credit/debit card, or crypto wallet registered in your name.
Payments from joint bank accounts or credit cards are permitted only if the trading account holder is listed as one of the authorized parties.
For cryptocurrency transactions, withdrawals must be sent to the same wallet address used for the initial deposit.
You may only request withdrawals to a different wallet address once your total withdrawals exceed the value of your original crypto deposit, in line with our security and AML policy.
